Our main products include amorphous silicon solar cells which are widely used in calculators,solar power watches,themometers and humidity meters,solar toys, garden and lights,mobile phone chargers and many other photovoltaic generation systems.

Note:

1.Tolerance of the above dimensions of solar cells for indoor is +-0.1mm on average;the   thickness is 1.1mm,thickness 0.55mm,0.7mm and 2.0mm available too.

2.Tolerance of the above dimensions of solar cells for outdoor is +-1mm,the thickness is 2.0mm and 3.0mm.

3.Voc and Isc as referance only,operation voltage is in use.

4.Test condition:

  Indoor"200Lux"means 6000k fluorescent spectrum.200Lux,25C;

  Outdoor"100mW/cm"means AM 1.5,100mW/cm 25C.

5.SUNTEC also manufactures customized solar cells according to customers specificatons.

6.Two types for outdoor solar:single junction solar cells and two junction solar cells.

   Voc of per unitsfor single junction is 0.6v~0.8v and voc per unit for two junction is 1.2v-1.6v.
